​This adaptation for young performers features a cast ages 8-20. Based on J.M. Barrie's classic tale and featuring an unforgettable score, Peter Pan is one of the most beloved and frequently performed family favorites of all time. Peter, a boy who refuses to grow up, and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, the fierce Brave Girls, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook.

Fine Linen Theatre considers this show appropriate for all ages. There is some pretend peril, such as pirates threatening children, and a fairy that almost dies. The show runs about an hour, plus a 15-20 minute intermission, so plan for an 80 minute event. The youth cast, familiar story, and shorter run time make this the perfect opportunity for a young child's first musical theatre experience!
