IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS AND WISH TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NAP TAX CREDITS

• Please print, complete, and have notarized the NAP form available here. 
• Mail both the form and your check to Fine Linen Theatre.
• After receiving these items Fine Linen will mail both the application and proof of donation to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
• The Missouri Department of Economic Development will issue NAP Tax Credits to you, which can be filed with your Missouri business income tax return.
